I’ve always had inwardly rotated knees and unfortunately it makes the area around my knees look fat (sounds weird but it’s true) and I get sore here after leg workouts. These are some exercises I have been doing to try and fix my inwardly rotated knees. I don’t think anything will ever fix them 100% as it is due to bone structure, but these have helped!

I try to just pick 1 or 2 exercises to include in my circuits, but you can do all of these exercises in 1 circuit if you wish.
