In this interview, we chatted with Jessica Nguyen. Jessica is 25 and she lives in Canada. She’s an endomorph body type and she recently finished our 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program. Here is a summary of her experience & results after completing the Program.

1. What was your fitness routine before you started the 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program?

JESSICA: Before I started your Lean Legs Program, I did some fitness classes at the gym. However, I found that I was gaining muscle but not losing weight.

I bulked up and gained too much muscle, especially in the leg area. I hated it since it wasn’t the look that I was going for. But then I found the Lean Legs Program and took a plunge.

2. What convinced you to try it out?

JESSICA: I found out about your Program when I was doing research on body types and on how to slim down my legs. I guess the fact that other women had such drastic results convinced me that it worked so I tried it.

3. Have you ever tried exercising according to your body type before?

JESSICA: Yes, I did. I always had a hunch that I was an endomorph but didn’t know how to exercise according to my body type. There is just so much information out there!

4. What was your absolute favourite part of our Program and why?

JESSICA: I like how short and doable your resistance training is. I also like walking since I’m not big on running and sprinting. And I like the fact that I can do all the workouts at home. :)

5. What was the most challenging part of the Program? What motivated you to keep going?

JESSICA: The most challenging was eating healthy.

“I really like my carbs and sugar. But when I started seeing results, I was motivated to keep going. That really helped me!”

6. When did you first start seeing results?

JESSICA: I saw results after 6 weeks. And it was great!!! 

And now, after finishing the Program, I can say I am super happy with my results! And I will definitely continue to do your Program.

7. Would you recommend 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program to your friends?

JESSICA: I would! I really like it since I can do it at home and at the gym. Also, I think a lot of women struggle with their lower body and your Program really targets the leg area. And it’s effective!

Rachael is an Australian born certified personal trainer and nutritionist who holds a Bachelor degree in Science.

After struggling for years to find an exercise and diet program that is tailored to women striving for lean and toned body with no bulk she designed her Lean Legs Program. This program is tailored to each body type and focused on helping women get toned but feminine bodies, without getting bulky.
