In this interview, I chatted with 34 y/o Maria who lives in Russia. She recently finished my 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program.
She’s also one of the winners of my Progress Pic Competition.
But without further ado, here is a summary of Maria’s experience & results after completing my Program.

MARIA: Being fairly slim on the upper side for years I’ve been trying to slim down and tone the lower part of my body.
I’ve tried everything, special legs workouts, gym, fitness, yoga, pilates and as a result, my upper body was getting even thinner and lower body either stayed the same or became even bigger and bulkier.
After trying another useless set of exercises for legs, I’ve started searching for something new and found your blog with lots of helpful information on exercise and nutrition.
MARIA: At first, I was just reading the articles. I was thinking for quite a while before purchasing the program because I was not sure how it will fit into my schedule. Now I only wish that I did not think that long because it fitted perfectly!
I feel like your program is very flexible and adjustable to any lifestyle. I work in an office, so I was doing workouts in the morning and divided long walk to 3 shorter ones, in the morning – when walking to work, in the afternoon during lunch break and in the evening – when walking home.
No, I have never tried exercising according to my body type. That’s probably why I could not get the results which I wanted.
BTW, Maria is a mix between a Mesomorph and Ectomorph body type and she followed my Lean Legs program for Mesomorphs. :)

Exercises 100%. They are fun, easy to follow and I really enjoyed the variety, you won’t have to do the same boring routine over and over again.
At first nutrition was challenging for me, it was not that easy to change my eating patterns.
Luckily, I got used to it quite soon, started cooking at home, doing my meal prep in advance so I can take it to work. I adjusted your recipes to the ingredients I had on hand.
Overall, I’d say I started making healthier food choices thanks to your program.
For me it took some time to see first results. I made all the measurements, measured myself every week and in the first 2 week I did not see any changes which was a bit disappointing.
The most important thing here is not to give up. After 3 weeks I started noticing first changes – my abs started getting toned, jeans fitting more loosely and this gave me the best motivation to continue. :)
Honestly I was feeling great! At the beginning I could not even imagine that I will send my photo to the Progress Pic Competition :))) I finally feel confident and happy with the way I look.
My main goal is to keep my new shape long term. Right now I started 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program once again from the beginning because I really enjoyed it. Once I finish I am planning to try Lean Legs Video Course :))
Definitely! I have already done it because with this program I can guarantee the results.
If you are still unsure whether you should try this program – just do it! The only regret I have is that I haven’t started it earlier.
It is super convenient, no special equipment required, exercises are fun, easy to follow and this program can adjust to any schedule.
