3 Steps to Lean Legs Program Review by Michele from California

In this interview, I chatted with 34 y/o Michele. She’s a mum of 2 and she lives in San Diego, California. She recently finished my 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program

MICHELE’S REVIEW OF THE 3 STEPS TO LEAN LEGS PROGRAM

1. WHAT WAS YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE BEFORE YOU STARTED LEAN LEGS PROGRAM? WHAT MADE YOU CHANGE IT?

MICHELE: So I had actually taken a little break from working out regularly right before deciding to do your program, but before that, I was doing a workout program that had a lot of squats in the routine and not any running or walking.

I did lose some weight, but I’ve always had a large butt and my thighs just got a little bigger than I liked, and at the time I didn’t really know how to continue to lose weight and tone up without also bulking up in those areas.

After stopping the previous program and gaining a bit of weight, I felt my thighs were the biggest they’d ever been and I was tired of hating the way I looked in everything i put on.

I wanted to start something that was sustainable and in line with my fitness goals. When doing research on how to lose weight without bulking up, I found your Lean Legs Program and I’m so glad I signed up.

2. HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT THE LEAN LEGS VIDEO COURSE AND WHAT CONVINCED YOU TO TRY IT OUT?

MICHELE: I found your program while researching how to lose weight without bulking up and how to specifically lose weight in my thighs.

A huge determining factor in my decision to do the program was that the workouts could be viewed on any of my devices, unlike my previous workout program which was on CD only.

Lean Legs program gave me the flexibility to do my workouts anywhere in my house and even outside in the fresh air if I wanted. I could even listen to a show or music to help me through the workout, which helped alot.

Also the fact that if you complete the program and send your before and after pictures, you could get back what you paid for the program, felt like a win-win no matter what and I am so glad I did, best decision!

4. DID YOU KNOW WHAT’S YOUR BODY TYPE BEFORE DOING MY BODY TYPE QUIZ? 

MICHELE: I didn’t know my body type before the program and have never specifically tried working out based on mine.

BTW, Michele is a Mesomorph body type and she followed my Lean Legs Program for Mesomorphs. :)

5. WHAT WAS YOUR ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE PART OF MY PROGRAM AND WHY?

MICHELE: I have alot of things I love about it, but I’d say the flexibility of the workouts and the selected exercises themselves were my favorites.

I have a bad foot, that was broken in three places and currently had screws in place from an accident years ago, and the circuits in the program had the kind of exercises I actually loved to do and they weren’t too strenuous on my arthritic foot.

And because the whole program contains so many different exercises throughout the 8 weeks, when I broke my toe (again) I was still able to continue by selecting exercises that wouldn’t put pressure on my right toe and still see results while it healed.

I had to stop running 1.5 weeks before completion because of my foot, but Icould still do the morning power walks.

Your program taught me a lot. I feel like now I have the tools and knowledge to get to where I want and I love it, thanks Rachael!

6. WHAT WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF THE PROGRAM? WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO KEEP GOING?

MICHELE: The most challenging part for me was the running, it is my least favorite activity, but I started out slowly and as time went on became easier.

I actually began to enjoy it because I’d feel so energized afterwards and seeing my stamina build was so encouraging.

7. WHEN DID YOU FIRST START SEEING RESULTS? 

MICHELE: So the first month was hard because your efforts aren’t necessarily easily seen until weeks after you start.

For me I know I’m losing weight because the scale is telling me I am, but I didn’t feel I could necessarily see it in the mirror.

However that’s why taking measurements and progress photos is so important.

I measured myself at 4 weeks, since it was the half way point, and was so shocked to see how many inches I’d actually lost, especially on my thighs.

If I hadn’t taken measurements prior to starting, I wouldn’t have seen how much I’d already lost and that was so encouraging and motivated me to continue even harder the last month.

8. HOW DID YOU FEEL AFTER FINISHING THE COURSE? WERE YOUR HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS? 

MICHELE: Wow, I felt amazing after completing the program and so pumped to start round 2.

I finally felt in control, like I had the map and directions to my fitness goals and I could now go anywhere I wanted. :)

9. WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS FOR THE FUTURE? HOW DO YOU STAY IN SHAPE AFTER FINISHING THE COURSE?

MICHELE: So my twin sister was so impressed with my results, she is starting round 2 with me and we are making it a competition.

But the best thing is that this program really is a sustainable lifestyle change for me and I plan to incorporate it into my permanent daily life, and I love that I can do that, it’s not just a one time thing!

10. WOULD YOU RECOMMEND LEAN LEGS VIDEO COURSE TO YOUR FRIENDS? 

MARION: Yes, I would definitely recommend this program to anyone because it’s both incredibly flexible and wonderfully sustainable for the long run and that’s what really makes it stand out to me.

It doesn’t have to be a one-time thing, but a lifestyle change, and ultimately that’s what you need in sustaining healthy weight goals.

11. DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR WOMEN WHO ARE ABOUT TO START THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY WITH MY COURSE?

MICHELE: Yes, be consistent and patient, it’s going to be hard in the beginning because your efforts won’t necessarily be seen right away, but that’s why it’s an 8 week program.

Take your measurements and your before and after pics. Trust me they will encourage you forward.

Know all your efforts WILL pay off, just do it and you won’t regret it!
