A word from Rachael:
”If you’ve been following me on Instagram, or reading my blog, you know that you girls are my main inspiration & motivation.
I recently held my Share Your Journey Challenge and I have to say it was an amazing experience! Getting to read all of your stories was absolutely incredible.
Isa was wonderful to share her story with me and I wanted to share it with you all so that you can be as inspired as I am. :)
Isa: This is the first time using a workout program tailored to my body type.
Your body type is a very important factor when it comes to fitness and losing weight. So if you’re seeing other girls get results, but for you it’s unreachable, then you are probably not working according to your body type.

Isa: I worked out once every two weeks, nothing consistent. I started the program because I wanted to develop the habit for myself.
Isa: My sister recommended Rachael when she found her via Instagram. The sustainable workout plans and length of workouts made it seem like a good fit for a first-timer like me.
Isa: I started seeing ab definition 5 weeks in, I never weighed myself so that I could reflect the progress in how my endurance increased throughout the programs.

Isa: My favourite were the daily morning walks (which I eventually replaced with Rachael’s 30 min cardio on youtube with her mom) which really got me in an amazing mood to start the day.
The most challenging part was not beating myself up if I missed a workout or not being on the same day as the scheduled plan.
Isa: I want to continue working out consistently but sustainably while learning more about nutrition and encourage others to find this way too. Starting a healthy lifestyle does not need to be a dread but can be something amazingly rewarding.
Isa: I plan on continuing doing the workouts while exploring other activities that will keep me just as motivated to do them alongside each other.

Isa: Yes I would recommend it! The relaxed energy but amazing results really allowed me to enjoy myself.
And if you’re starting your fitness journey, give yourself a rest when you need it but follow the 2-day rule (where 2 days will be the most you allow yourself a break). Its all about you enjoying yourself.
