HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT
Complete each exercise for 30-45 seconds. If it’s a one-sided exercise, do 30-45 seconds each side. Once you have finished the circuit, rest for 1 minute. Complete 2-3 rounds in total.

Side Plank Pulses (for a challenge you can lift the bottom leg off the ground so you’re in a full side plank)
Bicycles – 10 super slow and 10 quick
