Add this ab finisher for toned abs to the end of your workout for an extra ab burn!

I love doing these after my full body workouts! It always feels great to do a little bit extra :)

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT

  • Do each exercise for 10 reps each side (so 20 in total).
  • Complete 3-4 rounds without any rest!
