HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT

  • Do each exercise for 45 seconds without any rest.
  • Don’t forget to do the first exercise on both sides :)
  • Complete 3 rounds in total.

1. SIDE PLANK CLAMSHELL

I should also remind you guys that you need to eat healthy if you really want to lose extra belly fat.

Resistance training like this one here is amazing and it will help you tone your abs for sure. But if have extra belly fat you first need to reduce your overall body fat.
