Apple Crumble Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 2 tbsp maple
  • Paleo Hero primal muesli

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with Paleo Hero primal muesli.
