• 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut water)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top your berry breakfast bowl with fresh fruit and granola. I topped mine with strawberries, banana, kiwi fruit and Paleo Hero granola.

Serves 1.
