- 2 frozen bananas
- Â½ cup coconut water
- Â½ cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Melt coconut oil over medium heat on the stove.
- Add berries and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Blend frozen banana and coconut water in a high speed blender until it becomes a thick, ice-cream consistency.
- Layer the berry mixture and banana ice-cream in a glass and top with leftover berry mixture.
