Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Melt coconut oil over medium heat on the stove.
  2. Add berries and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Blend frozen banana and coconut water in a high speed blender until it becomes a thick, ice-cream consistency.
  4. Layer the berry mixture and banana ice-cream in a glass and top with leftover berry mixture.
