Food cravings are extremely normal and there’s nothing wrong in satisfying your cravings from time to time. However, if your crave less healthy food all the time and you feel like these cravings are ruining your progress, I’ve prepared some tips on how to deal with cravings.

HOW TO STOP OVEREATING

Before I started my fitness journey, I didn’t know how much I should actually eat. I went through periods where I would constantly eat less or more than my body actually needed. I think this happens to everyone from time to time, especially overeating. However, if you constantly eat more than your body needs, you won’t be able to lose weight.

So I prepared some tips for you on how to stop overeating:

HOW TO AVOID BINGE EATING

I used to struggle with binge eating when I was younger. For most part, I feel like it was caused by me being too strict with my diet.

Binge eating can really affect you mentally and can hinder your weight loss results. To help you with this, I prepared some advice. Basically, I listed things that helped me overcome it so I hope you find them helpful too.
