This is a tight core workout for women that you can do at home :)
This workout had me sweating so I promise you’ll feel the burn.
You need very little equipment for this one, just a yoga mat for comfort and some gliding discs. If you don’t have gliding discs, you can use paper plates or small towels.
You can do this one at home, at the gym, even when you’re travelling. So no excuses, lovelies! :)

HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT
- Do each exercise for 45 seconds
- Rest for 15 seconds
- Try to do 3 rounds.
