This full body burn workout will help you tone up without bulking. This type of resistance training is the best if your goal is to get lean and toned but without building too much muscle. And I know that a lot of women prefer this look (myself included)!
Victoria Secret models also love to do bodyweight training and I can totally see why:
- it’s quick,
- you can do it literally anywhere (even while travelling)
- and it helps you achieve that lean and feminine look

Hey, is there any way I can contact a customer support?
Hi lovely,
You can use this email info@rachaelattard.com xx
I have a question about body types. I think I am between a mesomorph and endomorph, and I’m not sure which program would be better for me to try. I also dance a decent amount, and wonder if that would affect any of my results, and whether it would help or hurt?
Hi lovely,
Thanks for reaching out! :) If you are somewhere between mesomorph and endomorph, we would advise you to do our Endomorph Program! :)
As for the dancing, this really depends on what type of dancing you are doing and how much you’re doing. If you’re dancing for really long periods every day, then your legs may increase in size, regardless of what dancing you’re doing. Overusing your leg muscles can cause bulkiness.
If your style of dance requires lots of jumping and moving from sitting to standing, then it may cause bulkiness.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! xx
Love,
Marina
