Grace Elizabeth is a spectacular model who has worked for brands like Burberry, Rag and Bone, and others. She’s also a Victoria’s Secret angel and the face of Estée Lauder.
I’ve been following her for quite some time
So here’s what she does to stay in great shape all year long:
Grace Elizabeth loves food and values nutrition. She’s studying online to become a licensed dietitian, and she loves trying to recreate her favourite meals in a healthy way at home.
Grace Elizabeth is a great cook, and most of her meals include greens and protein. She eats plenty of lean protein like fish and chicken. She also makes sure to get in plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Some of her favourite meals to make at home include healthy versions of baked broccoli tater tots and protein-packed brownies.
Grace Elizabeth loves coffee, and she likes to start her day off with a cup before heading to the gym, a shoot, or a fitting.
When she’s at home, Grace Elizabeth is pretty strict with her morning routine. She works out and comes home to her standard breakfast. Most mornings she eats 6 egg whites and a 1/4 cup of oatmeal.
She also really likes avocados, and she likes to eating avocado toast when she’s out at restaurants. I suggest using wholemeal bread and topping it with an egg too!
One of Grace Elizabeth’s favorite restaurants is Soul Green in Milan. Soul Green specializes is healthy food that Grace Elizabeth says reminds of her of the fresh food she ate in her Florida hometown.
For lunch, she might order one of Soul Green’s signature soul bowls, the Lebanese Bowl. To replicate this bowl at home, mix together:
The goal of this bowl is to be nutritiously balanced and to provide your body with fats, carbohydrates, and protein along with plenty of vitamins and minerals.
For dinner, Grace Elizabeth likes to make sure she’s eating lean protein like chicken or fish. One of her
Grace Elizabeth always keeps hard-boiled eggs and grapefruit in her fridge for snacks. Eggs used to have a really bad rep but they are actually a great source of protein.
Because Grace Elizabeth models in so many shows throughout the year, she can’t afford to take much off time with her diet. She doesn’t like to yo-yo back and forth between cleaning eating and junk food. Instead, she tries to pay attention to eating nutritious food all year-round.
Although Grace Elizabeth sticks to a healthy diet most of the time, she still occasionally treats herself to something sweet. She grew up eating Oreos and similar sweets, but she says her favourite indulgence is cheesecake!
Grace Elizabeth likes to eat food that help keep her body feeling full and her skin glowing. She’s a big fan of avocado, saying that the fat helps to naturally get rid of any toxins. She also stays hydrated by eating lots of cucumbers and drinking plenty of aloe vera water.
Every morning Grace Elizabeth jump ropes for 15 minutes and then runs for 30 minutes.
Running (or doing other types of cardio exercise) first thing in the morning before eating can be a good way to burn extra fat.
This type of workout is called fasted cardio and I recommend it to girls who want to lose extra body fat faster. :)
Grace owns a trampoline in her apartment. She likes to jump on it after work for a fun way to get in some sweat and smile. :)
This is a great cardio workout and it’s so much fun!
So if you don’t particularly enjoy working out, I suggest you try to find exercises that is fun and that doesn’t actually feel like exercise.
You could try jumping on trampoline like Grace does or you could start dancing classes. Or even something like aerial yoga and indoor rock climbing.
There are plenty of options and you just need to figure out what works for you best :)
Grace Elizabeth tends to box, do muay thai, and strength training a 3-4 times a week. She works out with celebrity trainer PJ McMann, who trains athletes and other models, including Mariana Beltrame and Alexina Graham.
Muay Thai focuses on moves that are very similar to boxing. It involves a lot of high energy kicking and punching. PJ supplements Grace Elizabeth’s boxing moves with strength training. She uses dumbells, ankle weights, and her own body weight to go through a series of moves, including:

Although Grace Elizabeth does this year-round, she says she gets more serious about her workout routine a couple of months before the Victoria’s Secret show.
Grace Elizabeth makes sure she can exercise wherever she goes. She always packs her workout gear when she travels, and she brings along some lighter ankle weights and a jump rope.
This way, even if she doesn’t have gym access, she’s still able to do a good workout.
When Grace Elizabeth has the time, she likes to take advantage of the beautiful locations she visits and go hiking. She and her fiance love to go for hikes together.
Walking is a great workout for your legs and it actually burns fat. It is also a fun way to convince your friends, significant other, or family to join your fitness journey. :)
Grace Elizabeth says she does some form of pilates or yoga nearly every day. Typically, yoga serves as a way for her to relax and calm her mind.
Although yoga can have also exercise benefits, she seems to do it more for its meditative effects. After all, she works long days and travels a lot. It is important for her to be able to have time to relax.
