
I actually can’t believe how great these turned out! I think they taste better than the real deal. Here’s the recipe for this healthy cherry ripe slice.
Ingredients (base)
- 1 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
Ingredients (filling)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cherries
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons strawberry powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
Ingredients (topping)
- 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight in water
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
Method
- Blend up each layer in a food processor and press into a lined pan.
- Refrigerate overnight.
