I promise you this healthy choc chip ice cream tastes SO good! I often have this as a sweet treat without feeling guilty :)


  • 4 small (or 3 large) frozen bananas
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 50g organic coconut milk chocolate (I bought this from Source Bulk Foods)


  1. Blend up bananas and almond milk in a high speed blender, until thick and creamy. Alternatively, you could use a food processor.
  2. Chop up chocolate and stir through.
  3. Pour into a rectangular tupperware dish and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. Scoop and eat!

Makes around 3 serves.
