
Ingredients (muffins)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Ingredients (icing)
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 tbsp. cacao powder
- 3 tbsp. honey
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Blend all muffin ingredients in a food processor.

Pour muffin mixture into silicon muffin moulds or paper muffin cases.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Combine all icing ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender until smooth.

Allow muffins to cool before icing.
