
This is a booty workout you can do in a hotel room or somewhere that you don’t have a lot of space. Or you can just do it wherever you like! :)
This workout focuses on your glutes and not on your quads (muscle at the front of your thighs) so you can be sure you’ll grow just your butt and not your legs.
A lot of women are advised to do exercises like squats if they want to get that round, perky booty. And squats are great booty workout but they also target your quads. So they might make your legs bigger. But not all women want to grow their thighs.
If you prefer your legs to be more slim and lean, like I do, this workout will be great for you.
It should help you tone up your butt, without making your legs bulky.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
- Do each exercise for 30 seconds, straight after each other, with minimal rest.
- And don’t forget to do 30 seconds each leg for the one sided exercises :)
- Aim for 3 rounds.
1. STRAIGHT LEG ALTERNATING KICKS 
2. DONKEY KICK PULSES 
3. FEET ELEVATED GLUTE BRIDGE 
4. SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT + ARM EXTENSION
