In this interview, we chatted with Kasey, a 23-year-old girl from the US. Here is a summary of her experience & results after completing the 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program.
3 STEPS TO LEAN LEGS PROGRAM REVIEW BY KASEY
1. WHAT WAS YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE BEFORE YOU STARTED THE 3 STEPS TO LEAN LEGS PROGRAM?
KASEY: I was running a mile a day followed by heavy lifting. I had always been self-conscious of my legs as a former soccer player, and shedding the bulky leg muscle felt impossible.
2. WHAT CONVINCED YOU TO TRY IT OUT?
KASEY: I was researching how to lean out muscular legs and stumbled upon the Lean Legs blog. I had taken a nutrition class in college and knew a bit about endurance exercises leading to different metabolic pathways, so I knew Rachael’s theories were coming from legitimate science.
3. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED EXERCISING ACCORDING TO YOUR BODY TYPE BEFORE?
KASEY: I had known my body type from before, but I have never tried exercised accordingly.
4. WHAT WAS YOUR ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE PART OF OUR PROGRAM?
KASEY: Not having to count the calories constantly was awesome! You have everything in the meal plan already :)
5. WHAT WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF DOING THE LEAN LEGS PROGRAM
KASEY: I couldn’t fit two workouts in a day, and since I really don’t like working out in the morning, I had to go after classes. And going after class was tough. But I honestly saw results fairly quickly, and the frequent posts of other girls’ amazing progress were very motivating.
6. WHEN DID YOU FIRST START SEEING RESULTS?
KASEY: Probably after two weeks I noticed changes in my upper body, and after a month in my legs. I felt so much more confident. I was over the moon. I was very happy with my results, and I
7. WOULD YOU RECOMMEND 3 STEPS TO LEAN LEGS PROGRAM TO YOUR FRIENDS?
KASEY: I’ve recommended it to a number of friends! It’s a program that understands the female body and makes it acceptable for girls to want to be lean. There’s a big culture around heavy lifting and that’s great, but if I want skinny and toned legs and to work out like a model there is nothing wrong with that!
So make a schedule ladies. Planning ahead is everything. And stay motivated. You’ll be so in love with the results!
