MONDAY

This workout includes:

  • Single leg exercises to balance the lower body muscles on your left & right sides, to give you a proportionate look.
Duration: 39 min with warm up and cool down

WEDNESDAY

This workout includes:
  • Exercises that focus on your inner and outer thigh muscles to slim and tone.
  • A full body workout with upper body and core exercises. But every exercise engages your glutes for maximum calorie burning.

FRIDAY
