This lower ab workout will help you strengthen your core and tone up your abs!
The lower abs are generally the hardest to engage and tone up. But this workout will help you get the perfect amount of definition without the bulk!
It is super quick and as most of my workouts, you can do it at home. I sometimes do it when I watch TV. :)
HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT
- Complete each exercise for 30-40 seconds.
- Complete 2-3 rounds, and try to have as little rest as possible.
I use a set of gliding discs for this workout. Gliding discs are amazing for my ab workouts as they make some of the exercises so much more fun and really help to engage to the lower ab muscles.
I will put a link to the gliding discs that I use below. But you can always use paper plates or small towels instead. :)
