This post is not fitness related at all. I just thought I would give you an insight into how I spend my Christmas!

Christmas is such an important time of the year for me because it one of the only times that my family is all together. Not that I have a big family here in Australia, a lot of my family live in the US and Philippines.

This year I’ll be spending Christmas with my partner, mum, dad, sister, sister’s partner and my nana. I will be in Mackay, where my parents live and where I grew up. This is some of the fun stuff we do:

1. Open presents

Food is the best! Roast chicken, ham, prawns, roast vegetables, salad and fried rice.

3. Take selfies
