You can do this ab workout anywhere without any equipment – you don’t even need a mat! It will tone up your abs and also give your shoulders a good workout ;)

And as I always like to remind you, you cannot spot reduce fat.

If you need to tone your abs, this type of workout is great. But if you also want to lose fat, you need to do a combination of cardio and resistance training.

And you need to adjust your diet. Your diet is the key! You can read more about it here. :)

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT

  • Complete 6-12 reps of each exercise, with minimal rest.
  • Once you have completed 1 full round, rest for 1-2 minutes, and then start again.
  • Aim for a total of 2-3 rounds.

1. 3 LEGGED DOG PRESS

Complete 6-12 reps on each leg. no equipment ab workout

2. IN AND OUT ABS no equipment ab workout

3. PLANK TO DOLPHIN no equipment ab workout

4. PLANK WALKS 2X2 

Each side counts as 1 rep.no equipment ab workout

5. PLANK ROTATIONS

Each side counts as 1 rep. no equipment ab workout

6. BIRD DOG

Complete 6-12 reps per side (not alternating).no equipment ab workout
