A word from Rachael:
”If you’ve been following me on Instagram, or reading my blog, you know that you girls are my main inspiration & motivation.
Whenever I hold the Share Your Journey Challenge I have the best opportunity to read some amazing stories from the girls in our community.
This time I had the honour to enjoy the story of 58 y/o Louise who’s been following my program for 2 years! That’s incredible and I am so happy my fitness programs became a part of her lifestyle.
Louise: No, this was the first time I exercised according to my body type.
And before I started the program I was active trying lots of different types of exercise. I changed as I had focus with following a program and I wanted to get results which I hadn’t before.
Louise: I found it by chance on Instagram. Looking at the successes of others made me want to follow. And I messaged Rachael and she got back to me.
Not everyone would have the time to do that. I thought it was such a lovely thing to do.
Louise: I took photos. As I’m older it took a while. But after two rounds I could see a massive difference. All over not just legs. My stomach, my arms. . . .
Louise: I loved the walking. It’s something you can do anywhere. The workouts were accessible for my age.
The most challenging part was being able to do some of the exercises. Doing the reps but as time went on I managed to do all reps and more! I got stronger as I went through the program.
Louise: Loved it. Loved the changes to my shape. I’m now two years in and still doing the Rachael program. I also did the video course which was brilliant. Following the videos was so good.
Louise: Very happy. And I will keep going for as long as I can. Age is just a number. I’ve never felt better. This program is so good for all age groups so I’ll carry on.
Louise: Yes for sure. The fact that it’s easy to follow. The diet was brilliant. The videos and q and a session were so good.
I think it stands out as it’s something that you have time to do. It’s not stressful on joints and the walking is so good.
Louise: Don’t expect changes overnight. Just enjoy it. This is fun, this program. We are all different so take your time. You’ll get there.
