
Ingredients (base)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup Shape Health chocolate protein superfood protein
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 14 fresh medjool dates
- 5 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
Ingredients (icing)
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp rice malt syrup
- Sprinkles (optional)
Method
- Blend all base ingredients in a food processor until it sticks together.
- Press into base of a lined pan.
- Stir together icing ingredients and pour over base.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours
Makes 6 large (pictured) or 12 small bars.

I will try and make this during the week. Today I am starting something that I havent been able to do for quite a while! I am going to avoid ALL junk until next Weekend and that means just absolutely no junk :D im excited. I notice it works if I think “I need to get through this day!” and then just go day affter day!
