Ingredients (base)

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Shape Health chocolate protein superfood protein
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 14 fresh medjool dates
  • 5 tbsp water
  • Pinch of salt

Ingredients (icing)

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Method

  1. Blend all base ingredients in a food processor until it sticks together.
  2. Press into base of a lined pan.
  3. Stir together icing ingredients and pour over base.
  4. Refrigerate for 6 hours
Makes 6 large (pictured) or 12 small bars.

    I will try and make this during the week. Today I am starting something that I havent been able to do for quite a while! I am going to avoid ALL junk until next Weekend and that means just absolutely no junk :D im excited. I notice it works if I think “I need to get through this day!” and then just go day affter day! Wonder if my sweet tooth will be able to handle this – So Imma make these brownies ;D
