You guys have been requesting a workout with resistance bands so I listened. Here’s my resistance band leg workout that will help you tone up your legs – they burn so
This type of resistance training will help you get lean and toned legs without making them bulky.
You can do this workout at home or wherever you like. You’ll just need a resistance band.
WATCH THE RESISTANCE BAND LEGS WORKOUT VIDEO
HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT
- Complete each exercise for 45 seconds, and do all exercises on one leg and then the other.
- Complete 2 rounds.
1. 90° TAPS WITH RESISTANCE BAND
2. RESISTANCE BAND WALKS
3. CLAMSHELL WITH RESISTANCE BAND
4. FIRE HYDRANT WITH RESISTANCE BAND

hi! im curious im a mesomorph and ive seen some people slim their thighs by walking everywhere with resistance bands on lol. I wanted to try it but wasn’t sure if walking 2 miles with resistance bands on would make me bulk up? thank you!
hi lovely, using resistance bands won’t bulk up your legs just as long as you walk on a flat surface. It’s also important that you don’t overwork your body as well :)

You’re very welcome. :) We usually recommend light to medium resistance bands. Rachael got these bands from Target, but you can also try these.
