When Are You Going to Share the Most Inspirational Pictures and Stories?

For this round, we're going to share the most inspirational pictures and stories on July 4th, 2022!

If your pictures and story get picked, we're going to share them on our social media, in emails and on our website. We'll just need your first name and nationality. If you want we can tag you on Instagram too. But if you're uncomfortable sharing this info, you can stay anonymous, it's totally up to you :)

When Do You Typically See Results?

Most girls see results after 4 weeks, but if you don't see it don't get discouraged! Each body and journey is different & you might need a bit more time. If you feel like you need some motivation or you have some questions please join our Lean Legs Facebook Group. It's totally free and this is where all the girls share their personal stories and motivate each others as well.

Can I Join the Challenge if I Joined a Previous Round?

If you did another round and want to share your progress, feel free to take more "after" pictures and join again.

WHAT IS THE SHARE YOUR JOURNEY CHALLENGE?
Share your journey is a progress challenge that is held every two months for all women who follow any of our programs. If you join you can become an inspiration and get cool prizes. :)

Who Can Enter the Challenge?

Anyone who is currently following or completed:

How Do I Join?

  • Send us an image of yourself before, during or after completing our program ideally showing your full body. 
  • Send us a brief story about your experience with our program 
  • Send both at info@rachaelattard.com :)

When Do I Send My Pics?

We organise the Challenge every 2 months. The next Challenge is in August.

Each time we highlight a few of your transformation journeys and photos and a few lucky girls get awarded some cool prizes. :)

What Are the Prizes?

If your story and pictures get picked as the most inspirational ones, we are going to send you one gift of your choice:

  • A 100$ gift card from the most popular fitness brands (currently ALO or Love Fitness Apparel) :)
  • Other Rachael Attard program of your choice

STEP 1

TAKE A BEFORE PICTURE

Take a "before" picture so that you can easily track your progress. :) 

STEP 2

SCULPT YOUR BODY WITH US

Start your training with Rachael and watch your body and lifestyle transform.

STEP 3

TAKE YOUR AFTER PHOTOS

Once you get results, take an "after" photo and compare it with your "before" picture.

STEP 4

SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS AND STORY

Send your story and "before" and "after" photos to info@rachaelattard.com to join the challenge.
