
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 cup fresh dates
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (I use Shape Protein)
- 1/4 cup almond meal
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Chop sweet potato and boil on stove until soft.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour sweet potato brownie mixture into a lined baking tin.
- Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
