Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup fresh dates
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (I use Shape Protein)
  • 1/4 cup almond meal

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Chop sweet potato and boil on stove until soft.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Pour sweet potato brownie mixture into a lined baking tin.
  5. Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.

Makes 12 sweet potato brownies.
