Get your chocolate fix with this vegan chocolate mousse!


  • 300g silken tofu
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into 3 glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
  3. Top with cacao nibs and crushed pistachios.
