Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Get your chocolate fix with this vegan chocolate mousse!
- 300g silken tofu
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into 3 glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
- Top with cacao nibs and crushed pistachios.
Makes 3 serves
