Here you have a waist slimming workout to help you get a tapered waist.
You can do it at home and you’ll need just a little bit of equipment. :)
But I should also remind you that you cannot spot reduce fat. If you want to get a slimmer waist you first need to adjust your diet. And you need to do a combination of cardio and resistance training like this.
So these exercises will help you sculpt your obliques and cinch your waist but don’t forget about cardio and diet. :)

Don’t forget to do each side if it’s a one-sided exercise! To get the most out of this workout do 12-15 reps x 3.
