A lot of people probably know the answer to this one. But when I first started my healthier lifestyle, I had no idea. Everyone has to learn somehow :) So what’s more important – diet or exercise? Even if you already know the answer, you might find out some useful info!

Diet Wins

OK so the answer is diet, hands down. To lose weight, you need to be burning more calories than you are using up (to be put very simply). It is near impossible to do this when you are eating unhealthy foods, even if you are exercising a lot. You know that saying – “you can’t exercise out a bad diet”? Well, it’s true.

Exercise alone doesn’t necessarily lead to weight loss. Noticeable weight loss only happens when you combine both exercise and a healthy diet, whilst eating at a calorie deficit.

This is why I have included nutrition programs in ALL of my eBooks. Because if you want weight loss or even just to lose a little bit of body fat, you NEED a good nutrition program.

Exercise Is Still Important!

I’m not saying that exercise is not important, because it definitely is! There are lots of benefits to regular exercise. The main one is that it helps you reduce all of the effects of aging and will help you move better, live longer, and even improve your mental health.

SO diet is the main factor here, but you will get even better results combining both a healthy diet with a regular exercise program :)
